Biography: Heidi Kapustka Taft is a geriatric nurse practitioner with Dr. Vangani and supports the Health Aging program. With an interest in the health of older people, Heidi sought out opportunities to learn more about the best models of geriatric care while at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
