On a daily basis, I get to help women through pregnancy and during their deliveries, bringing a life into this world....life's greatest experience! I can also guide them to leading healthy lives and check up on their health during annual visits. I enjoy listening to my patients problems and solving them together. I'm also able to perform surgical procedures when needed that improve my patient's quality of life. It's the best job in the world!

Biography: <p>Dr. Stacy Blum was born and raised in Nebraska. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wayne State College, her medical training at the University of Nebraska and her residency in Mason City, Iowa through the University of Iowa.</p> <p>Dr. Blum enjoys patients of all ages, but especially enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She enjoys watching and guiding them through the various stages of life. Personal areas of interest include watching her children grow, water sports, exercise, travel and being outdoors.</p>

Biography: <p>Dr. Brett Meyer was raised in Deshler a rural farming community in south-central Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and attended medical school and residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. At UNMC his residency included the Advanced Rural Training Program which provided an extra training to conduct C-Sections (OB/GYN) colonoscopies and EGDS at CHI Health St. Mary's.<br /><br />Dr. Meyer enjoys patients in all stages of life but especially children and families. In his free time he enjoys time with his wife and two young children as well as golfing hunting woodworking and farming.</p>

Care Philosophy: I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of patients and listening to them and trying to understand what is behind their problems. I am very involved with preventative medicine. I believe that taking Miner steps today can Reab future words down the road. I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages including pediatrics, young adults including upstate tricks, along with geriatric medicine. I believe that by listening to the patient you can frequently get to the root of the problem.
