She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of both the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.&nbsp;Dr. Mazdai and her husband, Brad, have three children: Alex, Sophia and Ava.</p>

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care with my patients is we are a team, we are working on something together. If you come to me and expect me to just fix a problem, it might not happen. When it comes to your health, you have to participate and a lot of things are not fixable right away. I want my patients to understand that we don't have a magic wand. We need to set long-term health goals and work towards them as a team.``

Care Philosophy: ``I see myself as more of as an educator, as a link between what's out there in medicine right now and what the patient knows. So when a patient comes to me with an issue, I work to inform them on what we know about the condition and the treatment options that are now available. I want to be the expert for them, providing the information they need, but I want my patients to be a large part of the decision-making process regarding their care.``

Care Philosophy: I want to practice as if I am caring for a family member. Having been a patient many times myself, I know that patients can sometimes feel intimidated about seeing new providers. My goal is to decrease anxiety and develop a healthy and trusting relationship wit?h my patients for years to come.

Biography: <p>Kristin Hillhouse, MD is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who strives to provide excellent care for women of all ages and stages so they can live their best lives. She holds a medical degree from Ohio State Universitys College of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hillhouses believes that informed patients are strong patients. She includes patients and their families in the decision-making process to ensure they are in control of their care and overall health. Her specialties include routine screenings, outpatient prenatal care, all forms of birth control, menopausal management and more.</p>
